We offer free delivery on all orders across India.
All orders are made-to-order and are typically dispatched within 15–21 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Once dispatched, deliveries within India usually take 5-7 business days depending on the location.
Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to external factors.
Sometimes, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes may cause the delivery time to vary. However, we promise to keep you informed at every step.
You can request to collect your order from our outlet by contacting our customer care team through our email address.

International shipping is currently not available. We are working towards expanding our services and will soon ship worldwide.

No refunds will be issued in case of incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of order.

Disclaimer:

All orders placed at Lumeva.in are shipped from our warehouse in Hyderabad, India to your designated shipping address.
International shipments may be subject to additional import duties and taxes imposed by your country, which may need to be paid by you upon receipt of the shipment.
Although most orders will not incur additional charges, we are unable to determine when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. You will be responsible for paying any such charges assessed.
In case these taxes and duties are not accepted and paid by the recipient at the delivery address, we will not be responsible for non-delivery of orders and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
